DELIVERY TIMES.

    In case a garment has to be made for you please allow within 2-3 weeks for dispatch as each item is made specifically for each order. The time frame is general and based upon the wide range of styles, sizes and colours offered. Because of sizing and colour optional choice you get a garment made to your requirements and this is naturally reflective in time requirements for delivery.

        POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

          All items sent with discreet packaging. In case of non-delivery and parcels being returned please e-mail info@deadlotuscouture.com Import Duties (Outside EU).

            Import duties liable as per requirements of individual Country.

              EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

                Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if they are carefully repacked before being returned and are still in a new condition, not creased or worn. All exchanges must include postage.NOTE: items will only be exchanged if they show signs of a fault in manufacture. If you made an error and ordered the wrong products, these items will be considered only on a case-by-case basis; As standard procedure we require a picture of the error to justify the return. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to posting. All return items must be sent via tracking service as we are not responsable for any loss during the return process. Refund will be sent only once items are received and verified they fullfill all return requirements. We cannot accept goods returned later than 7 working days (UK) 10 working days (EU) and 15 working days (elsewhere) from date of posting from us.

                  OVERSEAS RETURNS/CUSTOM DUTY

                    If returning goods from overseas, please ensure you state clearly on the packaging that goods are being returned for exchange or refund, otherwise customs duty becomes liable. We will refuse any parcels that have had this charge added. The parcel will either be returned to you by relevant courier, or disposed of as they see fit. We do not accept any responsibility for parcels incorrectly returned to us. Prices shown on site are the prices at which the agreement to sell and purchase are contractually made. It may be necessary, from time to time, and without notice, to include a premium on products sold outside of the EU. The relevant premium will be communicated through mail after discussing the best shipping solution for your country.
